What's disclosed and what isn't
Breathizen names all three of its active ingredients directly on the label, and discloses the total blend weight (154mg per serving). Where it falls short of full transparency is milligram-level dosing for each individual ingredient — the label states a combined total, not a per-ingredient breakdown.

The seven-ingredient mismatch we found
Some promotional content circulating for this product describes a considerably more elaborate formula — naming Mullein Leaf, Bromelain Powder, Ginger Root, Organic Cordyceps militaris, Organic Lemon Extract, Green Tea Extract and L-Theanine as seven distinct ingredients grouped into four functional categories. Comparing that list against our physical Supplement Facts label: Mullein, Ginger and Organic Lemon do appear on both. But Bromelain Powder, Cordyceps militaris, Green Tea Extract and L-Theanine do not appear anywhere on our label, which lists only a 154mg blend of the three ingredients above. This is a real, checkable mismatch between marketing content and the physical product label — we report the label, since that's what actually ships in the bottle.
What this means for evaluating the formula
A three-ingredient formula is not automatically weaker than a seven-ingredient one — but ordering expecting Cordyceps militaris for oxygen use, or L-Theanine for calm breathing, and receiving a bottle without either would reasonably feel like a mismatch between what you were told and what you get.
